Pre-Orders

We take payment immediately for pre-orders regardless of release date. We are working on only charging you at dispatch. You can cancel at anytime, just email us. Pre-Orders are sent one day before release and generally arrive for release date

Whilst we do everything in our power to get pre-orders to you on release date, we cannot guarantee release date delivery

Delivery

It's FREE! We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for the majority of our items. Most orders are sent same day. Cut off is around 2pm. There is no minumum order value. Evri is used for larger items that are above Small Parcel. DPD is used for more expensive items such as consoles

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information

You can also upgrade your delivery if you're in a hurry:

Returns

Our standard returns policy is 30 days*. For any item that is defective or damaged in transit, we will provide a returns label at our cost. If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we ask that the buyer pays

We also offer a 90 Day Guarantee on controllers & accessories. If your product has failed, broken or hasn't lived up to it's description within 90 days, you can return it for an exchange (or repair where possible)

Warranty

All products are brand new (unless otherwise stated) and should include warranties where advertised. Please refer to the manufactuer before purchasing as we cannot offer advice on warranties


Backwards Compatibility

Sometimes a game released on Xbox Series X will work on Xbox One, and sometimes it won't! Here's some pointers to help you identify backwards compatible games:

1) Look for "Smart Delivery" on Xbox products products. "Cross-Gen" may also be used on PlayStation titles

2) Look at the cover. Does the title JUST say Xbox Series X rather than Xbox Series X & Xbox One? It may only work on Xbox Series X

Wholesale 

The Game Sanctum is a B2C retailer and reserves the right to cancel any order (even for 1 item) suspected to be business / wholesale related. Video games are subject to a maximum order of 5 per retail customer. Consoles are subject to a maximum of 1 per customer. If you wish to order in bulk, we offer a separate service.
