If for any reason you wish to return your order, our standard returns policy is 30 days as long the item is still new & unused. However we also offer a 90 Day Guarantee* on controllers & accessories (excluding games). If your product has failed, broken or hasn't lived up to it's description within 90 days, you can return it for an exchange of the same value (or repair where possible).
