Works alongside your existing keyboard via USB. Expected latency but it's instant. Wrist rest is also very comfortable.

Great little unit, can move it about on my desk, provides most functions for pc games. can get confusing when you need to find a key on your original keyboard. LED lighting is nice although to customise it, i found it a bit difficult even with instructions. got there in the end.
